1. Using this website

This website is operated by The Phone Repairs, in partnership with Zeeq Mobiles. By browsing thephonerepairs.com or submitting the enquiry form, you agree to these terms. The content, design, logos and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

2. Repair services

Information about repair services, pricing indications and turnaround times shown on this website is provided as a general guide. Final pricing, parts availability and repair timelines are confirmed in person or over WhatsApp/phone once we've inspected your device, and may vary based on the actual fault found. Submitting the enquiry form does not itself book a repair slot — it starts a conversation with our team.

3. The Zeeq Zync staff attendance app

Zeeq Zync is a separate, internal Android application used only by employees of The Phone Repairs / Zeeq Mobiles group to record attendance — it is not a public product and this section does not apply to website visitors or customers.

• Access is limited to employees whose accounts are created by the shop administrator; there is no public sign-up.
• Employees must use the app only to record their own genuine attendance — sharing a PIN, letting someone else check in on your behalf, or spoofing Face ID or GPS location is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
• The app uses the device camera for Face ID verification and GPS location while an employee is checked in, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The full Terms & Conditions for the app are shown to every employee inside the app itself, and must be read and accepted — along with the Privacy Policy — before Face ID can be registered or location access requested.

4. General

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when they are. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction over any dispute.
